Choice of One Entrée, One Side and Roll... BBQ Ribs, *Chopped Turkey* Que (Pork)- Cooked and seasoned with a special blend of herbs and spices (served with pepper vinegar BBQ sauce or Sweet glaze BBQ sauce).
Savory Roasted Beef cooked in a mix of onions, green peppers, garlic and a medley of vegetables to perfection .( served with rice & )

Fish- (fried ,baked or grilled) cooked with Ruth's Zesty Seafood blend (flounder, whitings,trout,)
Oysters, Mussels or Crab *seasonal
Seafood Boil- Snow crab legs, shrimp, potatoes, spicy sausage (turkey or pork) corn on the cob
Fresh cut of Steak cooked well done for travel safely ( Market Price)**

Nonrefundable deposit of $50 for all orders due at invoice/contract agreement. Remaining balance due at least 2 weeks before delivery. Sample plates start at $10/ Payment due 48 hours prior to drop-off .
Additional items may be available with additional charge. Vegan substitutes available.
Dishes may come in contact with peanuts if ordered together. Menu items marked with ** are priced $1.50 or more per person. Steak and some seafood items will be priced at Market value and will change the total cost per person.

Starting at $25 per person. We offer a full service buffet style catering service. This service includes a 4 hour service time of 1 hour setup, 2 hour serve time and 1 hour cleanup time.
